生田流箏曲演奏家。
京都市生まれ、8歳より箏を始める。
沢井忠夫、沢井一恵、山本邦山、各氏に師事。
日本国内のコンサート活動だけに限らず海外での活躍も目覚ましく、ニュージーランドでの「世界緑化ムーブメント／チャリティ・グリーン・コンサート」
プルガリアでの「日本文化月間／方角コンサート」
アメリカ合衆国での「ワシントン州立大学／Japanese Concert」
「シアトル／金久千賀子による日本音楽コンサート」
カナダでの「日加友好80周年／記念コンサート」
チェコ・プラハでの「金久千賀子 箏・リサイタル」
チェコ・ヒルゼンでの「箏と尺八コンサート」などを開催している。
Born in Kyoto. Chikako Kanehisa began to study of the Koto at the age of eight.
She is affiliated with the “Miyagi Koto School” and after studied under Tadao Sawai,Kazue Sawai and Hozan Yamamoto who was the most famous Shakuhachi player, Living National Treasure.
Recently she has been actively abroad and performing at such event as the World Green Movement/Charity Green Concert in New Zealand, Japanease Culture MOnth/Koto Recital in Bulgaria, etc.
She is certified as “Koto Dai Shihan” with Japanese Todo Ongaku-kai and also hold a Koshi teaching license from a Sawai Koto Institute. SHe is a member of the Kyoto Sankyoku Association.
